Quick service/assessment. Was told we could fix sewer line with jack hammering 10, 15, 20 feet. We chose 20 feet so we would not have to have this problem again. We were also told that personnel who would come and tape off area with protective sheets would help us move large furniture. He acted like he never heard of such a thing as helping with furniture move. Also, someone decided to only jackhammer 15 feet. Who decided that without our approval? Then we had to call and get refund since they did not go by contract. That took several phone calls. Left a very rough area when they put concrete back over hold made in basement floor.

Kenny Hicks came for maintenance service and showed me pictures of inside of furnace which was rusted and leaking. Since the furnace was 18 years old we discussed replacing. He contacted company about sending out a service agent to explain my choices. Sara W. Was very informative and friendly and walked through everything with me. She arranged for replacement of heating, cooling, and new water heater for the very next day. Very impressed with the service of Tiger. Sam and Alex were very knowledgeable and helpful in their installation and explaining how it all works.

Ryan Withers far exceeded our expectations when visiting our home this evening. He was friendly, professional and very intelligent regarding his line of work. He was thorough in checking our sump pump while explaining everything to my husband and I in detail. As he made the necessary repairs he walked us through the process letting us know what we needed to do in the future if this were to happen again. When he was finished making the repair to our sump pump he sat down with us and gave us a plethora of information regarding your company and the various services you offer. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease. This experience far exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely give Tiger a call for any needs we have in the future - well, only if they send us the same technician. Ryan Withers was top notch!
