On time. Courteous. Explained everything well.
Mark was on time. He was very friendly and explained the problem and how to repair the toilet. He explained the bill and the options. He did the work efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
Called in an emergency on a Saturday evening, Someone answered the phone and had someone to my house and the repair was completed in a few hours. Based on the cost of the sump pump and the time to install it, I'd say it was over priced. That being said it was an off hour emergency and I would expect any other like company to charge the same or more. Overall satisfied with Tiger Plumbing.
Tiger Plumbing responded very quickly to my call about my water heater not working. The service advisor Jeff showed me pictures of the problems caused by hard water and gave options to replace the tank.
Like the way work as team
Drew was an outstanding craftsman who not only addressed issues but described methods to prevent future ones.
Marc did an outstanding job with the plumbing issues we had. We have hot water again and now all that we need. Another outstanding Tiger job.
Tiger provides great tradesmen and outstanding customer service personnel to ensure your repair issue is addressed as quickly and as completely as possible. Have used their services for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and gas piping issues and they have been outstanding across the board.
Price for standard water heater and install very expensive. We were able to acquire from Lowe's at Fairview Heights the same standard water heater, installation, haul away of old water heater, plus a 5 year warranty parts and labor for $2,000 less. Kudo's to Justin and Drew for their professionalism.
Sam immediately knew what our problem was, will definitely request him next time!
I received excellent customer service from the service technician called out to my residence. I had an emergency clean out call due to backed up sewer lines at my residence. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. The only thing that kept this review from being 5 star was the fact that it took two technicians to complete the job. The first had equipment issues and seemed inexperienced. In addition, the estimate given for replacing old clay lines seemed excessive. The technician did not use any pressure tactics and was very matter of fact and honest. He did not charge for the clean out service and stayed with us until all our questions were answered. I would use Tiger Plumbing again without hesitation.
I was pleased with the information imparted to me, however, I do not seem to have the cost of the things Jeff suggested I consider.
While the plumber was here for a "free' hot water heather service, he showed me the Anode Rode without the magnesium rod. I asked the plumber how much would it cost to have the Anode replaced. he said $750. I didn't getd another bid at the time because I truster the Tiger Co. since then, I asked Ehret Plumbing what they would charge for the heater service and replacing the rod? Their service call , and the heater service would be $234 plus the cost of the rod. On Amazon.com the cost of the rod would be $35 or so. If their price was $100, the total cost would be $334 dollars. I have been overcharged $416. I hope that you will refund this amount to me. I do not want to to go to the better Business Bureau and complain of over charging seniors.
