I recently purchased a sump pump through Tiger Plumbing, unfortunately I had an issue with it. I called Tiger and after a brief hiccup, I had the pleasure of meeting Sam Connell on a Sunday morning. This young man took the call to assist me on his day off. He not only apologized for the delay in getting my issue resolved, but he took the time to explain how the system works. After a period of testing everything out, he fixed the problem and made sure to let me know to enjoy my day when he left. The final result was satisfactory, and Sam is the kind of guy and worker I like having work for me. But, I question why Drew came to preview the job, give cost estimates for doing the job (starting with the most expensive instead of the most reasonable), require payment before the job was even started, could not provide a detailed quotation -- simply labor, materials and extras, and then left. Later, Sam arrived ready to go to work, which was all I ever expected. The cost for this relatively simple job seemed inordinately high, but I committed to get the job done. Eventually over four hours of time was used up. Did I really spend money on having Drew drop in for a visit? Consequently, I don't like the procedure, the lack of one really good recommendation, the various quoting, the one number quotes, and the protracted waste of time, especially mine. If this is Tiger's customary way of doing business, I will have to consider dropping my membership. Please respond.

Patterson showed up within the allotted time frame, I didn't hear the doorbell, so he had to wait until the dispatcher called my cellular phone. I met him at the front door, and took him down, to the water heater. I as a customer, I attempted to have every thing open and easily accessible for him. That made his job, much easier. He completed the plumbing inspection, as I watched and I thought it was extremely thorough. He also, pointed out some minor things, that might be addressed, such as a catch bowl below the cold water shut off, in the main bathroom, to prevent any condensation, from dropping onto the cabinet base, and shortening the life time of it. I appreciate that extra mile, he went. Electrical inspection, went off without a hitch. All except 2 outlets, in my house need to be upgraded to GFCI oulets. I forgot about 2 outlets, down inside of the crawl space, but those will be upgraded, within a month. He also found, 2 light switches, in the living room, that were starting to make a popping sound, which he stated. They might be getting ready to cease working, or they might char out. Those are also, on my upgrade list, as of now! He also, noted that, I as the customer, have an additional Power Perfect Surge Protection Box, mounted above the electrical panel, as a preventative additional measure. My home was built in 1979, which ensues that the newer upgrade of Inter system Bonding, is Grandfathered in. It would only become mandatory, if another major renovation, to the home was planned. I can't say enough, about his professionalism, and the way he represented Tiger Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Company. Thank You, Sincerely.
