Mr. Guy was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. It was a rainy day and he was careful to cover his shoes. Pretended to clean out my sewer line. Next day couldn’t get camera to go through because THE ROOTS 1 foot of them were still IN THE SEWERLINE!! Called reputable sewer man and he removed roots and a miracle happened. I DO NOT NEED NEW $10,670.15 SEWER LINE!!! And reputable sewer man only charged me $100. Shame on you!! You will answer to GOD for everything dishonest you do to people. I rate every service 0

I thought the cost was high, however, I appreciate the fast service and having to replace my water heater on the weekend, was especially difficult. The installer was terrific; explained everything and was very helpful and friendly.

Faucet beautiful unfortunately it was missing a part again. Just like last faucet that was installed. Part had to be ordered. However Ethan was nice and friendly and answered all of our questions. When part comes in I want Ethan to install it.
